Around three months ago i decided to do a sponsored skydive for my fourth pilgrimage to Lourdes. I decided to pay for the skydive in order to get sponsors for the pilgrimage.
My friends and family were very supportive and the parishioners at my local parish were very generous. I have raised around £400 pounds in sponsors and donations so far.
On Saturday 4th April I drove down to black knights parachute centre in Cockerham at 7.45am and waited until 5.30pm to do my parachute as the winds were too high.
All I can say is that it was worth the very long wait…
And I would like to thank everyone for being so generous…
